At Sister Jane, we want you to be completely in love with your unique finds, but we offer a 14-day return window if something isn't quite right. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with all signature vintage-inspired tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
